The first murtha is evening time muhurtha done during pradosha kala of November 5th. If your city says November 6th then do that during November 6th
Best time is to do lakshmi puja during mahanishitha kala (midnight) when sthira lagna -- simha prevails during that time. Please note sthira lagna may not be available in all places. If your place is not there in the mahanishitha kala with sthira lagna muhrutham you can still do it in the mahanishitha kala without sthira lagna. This time this muhurtha is on night of November 5th 2010, and junction of November 6th 2010.
Please perform first puja during Pradosha kala -- evening, and then if the second muhurta available in your city then do the puja during second muhurtha which will be midnight if second muhurtha is not available then do puja in the third muhurtha which is again midnight.
Please ignore chogadia muhurtha you've got from anywhere. Chogadia is useful for travel only. Chogadias are useless for real muhurtha. The actual muhurtha requires correct lagna at the time of muhurtha and placement of planets in the chart of muhurtha -- Lagna shuddhi.
Mahalakshmi Puja muhurtha during Pradosh kala.... (Date is November 5th 2010, unless mentioned next to your city)
